I could not use the link for any reason. But can anything. The sting is available in 50-60 pounds and pounds also attract 60-70 weight zero. If the book was 60-70 arc pull 60 pounds of weight or any other design, up to 70 pounds.

Get the PSE, get the 15lbs one. The other bow is way too heavy for a 9 year old.
