what year did the fred bear instinct come out & is it any good
im in between 3 bows instinct, truth, & lights out, in your opinion which one should i go with?
The instinct was a 2006 bow, and it was a very good bow for the money. My personal opinion on the bow to buy between the three bows you have listed is the ‘Truth’ bow. I think you will be very happy with it.

pocket bow limb issues.?
Could someone with a hand press to withdraw from the pocket of a bow limb? I hear Fred Bear limb pockets are plastic components may change with the instinct?
The pocket members, integral part of the climb, is not normally something that can be "changed". It would be necessary to modify the elevator ends, which, when not done by a professional archer tends to ruin the dismantling of a good bow. Now, if you refer to members, members' pockets, not any ILF (International orthopedic) fit into any pocket ILF branch tip.
