I wan to buy a hunting bow, and am looking the Bowtech guardian, is it worth it?
It will be the first bow i’m buying, just didn’t want to buy a cheap one now and then an expensive one later…this bow seems like it can be all purpose…am i wrong
I also shoot a hoyt also and let me tell you they are not that much cheaper . the bowtech are very very good bows but like with anything else with the new innovations like on the guardian there may be some complications down the road try it at the proshop a few shotsand if you feel good about it buy it but try the other models of bowtech and definately try the diamond model I bought the 60pound “The Rock” for my son and me and him both fell in love with it they have more letoff than the hoyts but alot of them dont have the speed. But you know speed aint everything I say try them all and find one your comfy with. you’ll know from the first time you pick it up wich one is right because it will just feel right and when you shoot it, It will make you feel like the badest M Fer on the planet
also I tried the guardian and it was just too long and heavy hard to hold in one place for too long, on the other hand it was smooth but so are alot of the cheeper ones
The best advise I can give you toughis stay the hell away from the Mathews. heavy, pricey, junk!
I hear that parker makes a good smooth bow also but I have never tried one
