I live in Manila, Philippines, and have been waiting to enter the archery, or at least buy a bow i heard of an American brand called Bear price I can buy that here? and if not Where can I get a compound bow for a good price

25th Asian Games 2009 Southeast
The South Asian Games will be in its 25th edition comes year 2009 when it was held in Vientiane, Laos. SEA Games will also 50 years since its inception. The multi-sport event Biennial was founded in 1959 and was previously known to the Asian Games Southeast independence, SEAP Games. Laos has the distinction of being the host country for the first time in its history 2009.
The story behind the games is that when delegates from the South Asian nation has participated in Asian Games 1958 in Tokyo, during a joint meeting agreed to have been a sports organization in the region of South Asia to strengthen bilateral ties.
The seven founding members were Thailand, Philippines, Laos, Malaya (now Malaysia), South Vietnam (today), the Burma (now Myanmar), Cambodia. The Southeast Asian Games Federation numbers grew over time and Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam and Timor-Leste joined the ranks.
For South East Asian Games 25, the capital of Vientiane main playground. Because of decades of war and lack of resources and finance, the communist country has reduced the number of sports that are contested at the SEA Games. The figure has been reduced to a draft of 25 games. This is much less than the 43 sports contested in the last Sea Games in Thailand, 2007. The 25 disciplines that will compete are:

The news that Laos has dropped a lot of sports and the risk of not being able to hold the event because of constraints Financial, has led to other SEA Games countries and even using foreign aid to the region. Vietnam pledged to assist in staging and organization of sport and pay invoice in a new article $ 19 million games village. However, if Laos ceases to be eligible for the event in time, games will move to Singapore as an alternative accommodation booking option.
Games in Laos are scheduled to open December 13, 2009 and the ceremony Closing is scheduled for December 21. Opening, closing and major games will be held at the new National Stadium in Laos.
Laos has employed the use its national animal, the white elephants as the official mascots. Appointed Mr. Ms. Champee and Champa These two Lao Elephants will represent the national flower of Laos.
